We use 100% cotton drill that’s nice and heavy at 265gsm. It has a twill weave which gives its that distinctive textured finish when printed. Sourced in Lancashire it comes with Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification.
Currently we only stock rolls of black fabric for patches but other colours can be ordered if requested. For example dark grey, bottle green, red, burgundy, or white.

Patches are printed in sheets of your repeated design at approximately A3 size.
Here’s an example of pricing:
1 Colour Screen Print @ £110 for 1 of the options below.
8x8 cm patch qty x 340 = 32p each
9x9 cm patch qty x 270 = 40p each
12x7 cm patch qty x 270 = 40p each
13x13 cm patch qty x 135 = 81p each
Please note this pricing is for an ‘untrimmed’ product provided to the customer in sheets.
We can trim your patches to size for an additional cost which usually equates to £30 but can increase depending on shape intricacy.

> Want higher quantities? Or a bundle of designs? sure just get in touch with your artwork and what you need and we’ll create a custom price for you.
> The fabric is ‘unfinished’ and cut with a raw edge. With time and depending on application it will fray. This in our opinion creates a nice effect.
> They will need to be stitched or applied using a backing adhesive (not supplied).
