Customer Terms

1. Placing an Order

By placing an order on www.luckycatprinting.co.uk, for an item that is part of a pre-order campaign, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. All orders are placed on a pre-order basis and are subject to the campaign reaching its minimum order quantity outlined in each listing. You will be notified by email if a campaign you have ordered from is unsuccessful and a full refund will be issued.

2. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of ordering. We accept Visa (credit and debit), Mastercard (credit and debit), and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely via Stripe. Lucky Cat Printing does not store your full card details.

Prices displayed include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. For international orders, you may be subject to additional import duties or taxes imposed by your country, for which you are solely responsible.

3. Campaign Fulfilment

As all products are made to order:

  • Your order will only be fulfilled once the campaign has ended and the minimum order quantity has been met

  • Production begins after the campaign closes, with dispatch typically occurring within 10 working days of the campaign end date

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier performance

4. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Lucky Cat Printing currently only ships to England, Scotland, and Wales. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Lucky Cat Printing is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Because all products are printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind. We will however offer a full refund or replacement where:

  • Your item arrives damaged or faulty

  • Your item is significantly different from what was described

  • Your order is lost in transit and cannot be located within 30 days of the expected delivery date

To request a return or refund you must contact us (hello@luckycatprinting.co.uk) within 2 working days of receiving your order with photographic evidence where relevant.

6. Failed Campaigns

If a campaign does not reach its minimum order quantity by the end date:

  • Your payment will be refunded in full within 10 business days

  • You will be notified via the email address used at checkout

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

7. Cancellations

Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled as production is scheduled based on total campaign orders. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to discuss your order.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction.

9. Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your order, please contact us in the first instance at hello@luckycatprinting.co.uk. We aim to resolve all disputes within 10 business days. If we are unable to resolve your complaint directly, you may refer the matter to the ombudsman.

  • Payment information (processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store full card details)

  • Campaign and order history

  • Communicate with you about your account, orders, or campaigns

  • Comply with legal and tax obligations

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for 6 years thereafter for legal and tax purposes.
