Screen Printing is a pretty magical process.

Technology Is always advancing the method - but the core principles haven’t really changed that much.

The ‘screen’ is a frame with a fine mesh stretched onto it at a high tension.

A stencil (or your artwork) is put onto the screen through a process called ‘exposure/exposing.’

Ink is pushed through the stencil to transfer the image onto whatever substrate is being used (clothing, bags, paper, wood, glass - there’s lots of possibilities).

Each colour in a design requires its own screen, this is where the set-up and preparation for screen printing differs (from DTF) and why there is a MOQ.
