Pre-order Campaigns
Welcome to the easiest way to sell merch without risk, no upfront costs, and zero waste. You bring the design - we sort the rest.
Why run a campaign?
Pre-order campaigns are perfect if you've never sold merch before, aren't sure how well it'll sell, or just don't want a mountain of t-shirts taking up your spare room. Your customers order during a specified (by you) window of time, once the campaign ends we print and post out what has sold - no waste, nothing left over.
No website? No problem - campaigns mean you can use ours. Also you don't have to do any of the admin like sorting postage or tracking orders.
Not sure how much you could earn?
Check out our specially formulated calculator. You can get an estimate based on your garment choice, print colours, quantity, and selling price - all at your own pace and with no commitments or obligation.

How does it work?
01 Get in touch - You can either email directly or when using the campaign calculator, all of the information you input there automatically fills out the form attached. Make sure all of your details are in that form and press submit.
02 We sort the setup - You'll get a finalised profit breakdown tailored to your design and product requirements. Happy with everything? Your campaign then goes live on the Lucky Cat Printing shop.
03 Your Campaign runs (usually for 2 weeks). You'll get regular updates on sales. You only need 1 sale for your campaign to go to print, however the amount sold determines the print method we use (you can find out more about that below).
04 We print & post - Printed with the most eco-friendly methods available and dispatched directly to your customers in plastic-free packaging. You don't lift a finger.
05 Payment - You get paid once the campaign has ended and everything has been dispatched. Allow up to a month from campaign start (2 weeks live + 1–2 weeks printing and packing).
Frequently Asked Questions
-
The number of colours in your design, garment choice, and print placements all affect production costs, which then impacts your profit per unit. The calculator is the quickest way to get a feel for the numbers.
-
Yeah course! As long as there’s space in the schedule it’s fine - the number of campaigns running at once is capped to keep things personal and the quality high. Even if you want to launch in a few months, it’s good to get in touch as soon as possible then a space can be saved for you.
-
You only need to make one sale. Simple as that. The quantity you do sell however directly impacts the method that is used to print your items.
-
Products will either be screen printed or the design applied using DTF transfers.
The factor that will influence which method is used comes down to : quantities sold (under 10 units DTF) and the amount of colours in your artwork (a 1 colour design with over 10 units sold will be screen printed). More colours in your artwork? This will be decided on a case by case basis which will be discussed and confirmed with you before going live.
Ultimately our aim is to create the best quality product, in the most eco friendly method possible, and with no waste.
-
We actively encourage it. A bit of context about you, your design, or where charity proceeds are going can make a real difference to how well a campaign does.
-
We always put eco-friendly choices and decisions at the forefront of what we do. Eco-friendly water based inks as standard and plastic-free UK-made packaging. If you want to include a sticker or business card with orders, just get them to us before the campaign closes.
-
Build hype before it launches, put the link in your bio the moment it goes live, remind people close to payday, and lean into the limited edition angle as it's only available for a short window and that really matters.
Tag us in your posts and we'll share them too!
Keep posting, it may seem like you’re repeating yourself but the algorithm mean not all of your followers will see your posts.
