3. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your designs and artwork. By uploading content to www.luckycatprinting.co.uk you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and promote your campaign content for the purposes of operating and marketing the platform. This licence ends when your campaign is removed from the platform.

We will not sell or sub-licence your designs to third parties without your explicit consent.

Each campaign is subject to a minimum order quantity ("MOQ") as displayed in your campaign settings. If your campaign does not meet the MOQ by the campaign end date:

  • No orders will be fulfilled

  • We suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity

  • We receive sustained complaints from customers relating to your campaigns

Where an account is terminated, any outstanding payouts will be processed in accordance with the Payments clause, provided no outstanding disputes exist.

8. Platform Fees

By launching a campaign you agree to Lucky Cat Printings fee structure as published in our ‘campaign calculator’ at the time your campaign goes live. We reserve the right to amend our fee structure with 5 days' notice. Any campaigns already live at the time of a fee change will be honoured at the original rate.

Self-Billing Arrangement

By registering as a creator on www.luckycatprinting.co.uk and participating in any campaign, you agree to enter into a self-billing arrangement with Lucky Cat Printing ("we", "us") under the following terms:

  1. Authority to Raise Invoices — You authorise Lucky Cat Printing to issue invoices on your behalf for all payouts arising from completed campaigns. You agree not to raise your own VAT invoices for the same transactions covered by this arrangement.

  2. Invoice Accuracy — We will ensure that each self-billed invoice accurately reflects the payout amount due to you.

  3. VAT — Where you are VAT registered, you must provide your VAT number via email.

  4. Access to Invoices — Self-billed invoices will be made available to you via email following each campaign payout. It is your responsibility to retain these for your own accounting and tax records.

  5. Termination of Arrangement — Either party may terminate this self-billing arrangement by providing written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for raising your own invoices for any subsequent payouts.

Payments and Payouts

1. Payout Eligibility To be eligible to receive a payout, you must have:

  • A successfully completed campaign that has met or exceeded the minimum order quantity

  • Valid and up-to-date bank details submitted via email

  • A valid invoice address submitted via email

2. Payout Timeline Payouts will be processed within 30 days of your campaign end date, following successful fulfilment of all orders. We reserve the right to delay a payout where:

  • There are unresolved disputes or chargebacks relating to your campaign

  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity

  • Your account details are incomplete or invalid

  • Orders are subject to returns or refunds that have not yet been processed

3. Payout Calculation Your payout will be calculated according to the information you submitted via our campaign calculator.

The resulting net figure is your payout amount.

4. Payment Method All payouts are made via bank transfer in GBP. Lucky Cat Printing accepts no responsibility for delays caused by your bank or incorrect bank details provided by you. We are unable to make payouts via any other method.

5. Failed Payments If a payout fails due to incorrect or outdated bank details, we will notify you via the email address registered to your account. You will have 5 working days to update your details, after which we reserve the right to hold the payout until valid details are provided. Lucky Cat Printing accepts no liability for payouts lost due to incorrect information provided by the creator.

6. Refunds and Chargebacks Where a customer successfully disputes a charge or requests a refund after a payout has already been made to you, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding amount from a future payout. Where no future payout is due, we may invoice you directly for the amount owed.

7. Taxes You are solely responsible for determining and meeting your own tax obligations arising from payouts received through Lucky Cat Printing. We will provide a payout invoice via email, but we do not provide tax advice. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified accountant.

8. Dormant Accounts Where a creator payout remains unclaimed due to missing bank details, we reserve the right to flag the balance as dormant. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before taking any further action.
